Join our growing wellness team here on the Central Coast! We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and licensed Acupuncturist to provide holistic, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. About the Position: Part-time or full-time available (up to 38 hours per week) Flexible scheduling Competitive pay (DOE) + potential bonuses Existing patient base ready for transfer Beautiful, serene clinic space with fully equipped treatment rooms Collaborative team of health professionals committed to integrative care Expectation to manage three treatment rooms and see two patients per hour (with support) Core Duties – Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, including history, symptoms, lifestyle, and psychological health Perform physical assessments and create individualized treatment plans Clearly explain procedures and obtain informed consent Administer treatments using acupuncture needles, ear seeds, and other modalities Provide dietary, herbal, and supplement recommendations, discussing risks, interactions, and benefits Educate patients on wellness topics such as breathing, posture, exercise, and self-care techniques Document treatments and progress thoroughly in the electronic health record (EHR) Monitor outcomes and adjust treatments accordingly to support optimal patient health Refer patients for appropriate allopathic care when medical emergencies or conditions outside scope arise Integrate knowledge of Western medical practices when collaborating with other healthcare providers Job Requirements: Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Current CA State License and malpractice insurance, Proficient in cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, and electric stimulation. Proficiency in ear seeding is a huge plus. Must be able to create a safe and serene environment for each patient. Strong empathy and communication skills necessary. Passionate about holistic healing and patient education Ability to work independently and manage a steady patient caseload Capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-room setting Experience with herbal medicine, cupping, or other modalities Orthopedic acupuncture skills a plus, but not required Facial acupuncture or microneedling experience a plus, but not required Bilingual providers strongly encouraged to apply Perks: Marketing and administrative support provided Opportunities for continued education and professional growth Supportive, team-focused culture Meaningful work serving a diverse and appreciative community
